References to “we,” “us,” and “our” pertain to Pawna Stay Camping, while “you” and “your” refer to the individual making the booking and all members of their party.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Booking Process: Reservations can be made via our website or by contacting us directly.
- Confirmation: Upon receiving your booking request and payment, we will send a confirmation email. Please review it and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
3. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: A 50% advance deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods as specified on our website.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: The advance deposit is non-refundable.
4. Cancellation and Amendments
- Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, notify us immediately. Cancellations result in the loss of the 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation by Us: In rare cases, we may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly and offer alternative dates or a full refund of any payments made.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: From 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Check-Out: By 9:00 AM on the departure date.
- Late Arrivals: Inform us if you anticipate arriving after 9:00 PM.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Conduct: Maintain respect for fellow campers and adhere to our noise policy, especially during quiet hours from 12:00 AM to 6:30 AM.
- Safety: Supervise children at all times. Swimming in the lake is at your own risk.
- Cleanliness: Leave your accommodation and the campsite in a clean and tidy state. Dispose of rubbish in designated areas.
7. Facilities and Amenities
We provide amenities such as parking, tent stay, filtered water, blankets, pillows, photo shoot points, lake views, overnight security, and both Western and Indian washrooms. Usage of these facilities is included in your booking.
8. Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted at our campsite.
9. Liability
- Personal Property: We are not liable for loss or damage to your belongings.
- Injuries: We accept no responsibility for personal injuries sustained during your stay.
